"Gotta have faith, gotta have faith, gotta have faith, gotta have faith, baby!" Let's hear it for the Wahoos! After numerous pep talks from the Commish, the Wahoos have faith and pull one out on the Generals. Kurt Warner and "the Reverend" Issac Bruce led the way. Wahoos had to sweat Fred Taylor on Monday night, but the Colts held the oft injured one to no scores. In other news, the Federals win the first round of the battle of the expansion teams with an impressive performance from Ty Wheatley and the Raven contingent. The Feds look good as long as Baltimore does. The Gunmen move into second place in the Celt division with a win over family rival Rob and his RaggedyAssRangers. Ryan Longwell got jiggy with 5 freaking field goals to put this one out of reach of the AssRangers. Moving over to the Vandal Division, the Coronas get right over a thin Commando squad with huge games from Manning, Martin, and Torry Holt. And in the Goth division, the Focken A's get large and whip up on the Slayers. As goes
Marshall Faulk, so go the Slayers. Finally, Punch had to wait until Monday night, but James and Smith sure delivered! Punch takes care of the banged up Fingers and moves to 4-0. Ladies and Gentleman, in the opinion of this commentator, it's going to take an extraordinary effort and a great deal of luck to beat the Punch man this year.
