Okay, in the Celts, the Cards make a move and put down the Fugitives, whose scoring dropped precipitously this week. The Coronas reclaim the division lead with an uninspiring win over the Fed, who are now officially the absolute worst team in the league, not only with no wins but now with a single digit score. I don't think we've had anybody in single digits since adding yardage, so this was some feat. Looks like a new name goes on the Toilet Bowl trophy this year. That is if the Feds could win that game. Over in Goth-ville, the Fingers get large with the Running Green Brothers and send Punch below .500 and into last place, behind the (gasp) Generals. The Slayers grab the division lead with a convincing win over the A's. The A's looked indestructible a couple weeks ago, and now suddenly seem average. In the cross division game (speaking of the Generals), the Commish had to stay awake all night just as he predicted, but got just enough from Jeff Wilkins to take one from the much improved and now very dangerous Generals. Take note of the standings, the Fingers are the highest scoring team in the league, and props to the whole Goth division, they are the biggest point scorers. Only 2 teams in the Celts average over 40 (Fugees and Highlanders) and only 1 Goth team is under 40 (Generals, at 39). Note this week's schedule too. The Slayers have a gimme against the Feds in the out of division game, but everybody else will be in a dogfight.
