DFFL 2003 Feel the Pain! Scores for 2003 Week #8

Guaranteed winning season! With 5 games left to play, the Highlanders secure a winning season with a smack down of the Cards. And since the Feds can no longer catch me, I've also secured a playoff spot. The Fugitives get back on track with a win over the Feds. I still maintain that the Fugees are the most dangerous team going, provided they make the playoffs. Over in Goth-Ville, the Slayers pull out to the 1 game lead with a super smack down of Finger boy. Bye weeks were a killer here, but let's face it, 3 sweet TDs from Priest pretty much put this one in the Slayer column no matter what. Punch moved to .500 with a smack of the Generals, who though they are still cellar dwellars, are much improved, and when they get Marshall back, watch out. They are only 2 games out of a playoff spot. In the cross division game, the A's did me a favor and sent the Coronas down to only their second loss. The good news for the Coronies is that the Fed loss means the C's have also clinched a second season spot.
